• We may refuse calligraphy jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at the studio — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via shop@this site so the slot can reopen.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.
